I had an issue with my chapter purchase, and support got it fixed for me. It took a little longer than I expected, or, actually, not too long, just a bit slow—but they did sort it out in the end.

They had the stuff I needed in stock, which made the whole errand feel a lot less stressful. Sometimes it’s the simple things—finding what you came for without having to run all over town, that really make a difference.

I placed a bulk order everything showed up together with no problems at all. I was a little worried something might get split up or delayed, but that turned out to be unnecessary.

I thought this shirt was decent when I first put it on because it does feel soft. Like, not amazing, but nice enough. After wearing it for a few hours though, the fit started to bug me and I was ready to take it off. It’s fine, I guess, but also kind of frustrating

Maybe it’s fine if they have something super specific you need, but for me the value just wasn’t there. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless the prices come down.

I’m particular about tracking, and while the updates weren’t perfect, they were good enough for me to know where the order was along the way. I’m taking off one star because the box arrived a little beat up, and I do like things to show up in decent shape. Other than that, everything was fine...

I’m really happy with the quality overall. It feels well-made and definitely better than I expected. Any cheaper alternative would’ve been avoidable in hindsight, because this one feels worth it

Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying.

I got my order it looks like real official merch, tags and all. Nothing about it gives off that cheap fake vibe. I blame my friend for making me paranoid about knockoffs, but this turned out way better than I expected. Happy with it and I’d definitely order again.
